UNROLL JUDIN® WIRE
Construction method, using the swivel adapter provided by the supplier.
Use a standard rotating pallet on the traction bracket. As shown in the diagram, 4 rolls of JUDIN® plastic-coated steel wire can be unfolded simultaneously.
!!! Note that the reels must be placed flat on the bottom of the pallet, and ensure that the shaft is horizontally positioned to pull out the lead wire from underneath.
Extremely important: Before cutting the plastic-coated steel wire, make sure to unfold an additional 2 to 3 meters. This way, the wire will not spring back to the original reel and get tangled with the remaining wire on the reel.
Tensioning of JUDIN® WIRE:
It is recommended to apply a tensioning force of 1% of the total length. For example, for a roll of plastic-coated steel wire measuring 120 meters, the tensioning length should be 1.2 meters. Use a tensioner with gripping jaws for tensioning.
TENSIONNING JUDIN® WIRE
INSTALLATION OF THE TENSIONER:
1. TENSION OF AGRICULTURAL LINE
Tension 1% of the total length of line.
Example: For a 150 meter line, tension 1.5 meters.
2.TENSION OF AGRICULTURAL LINE
Open the clamp with the left hand and the wire between the plates with the right hand, ensuring a firm grip on the line.
3. TENSION AND FASTENING
Tighten the tensioner rope until the two pulleys make contact. Attach the remaining wire to the main post following the steps, or cross the tate through the die, placing a tensioner that borders the other side to pull the wire taut and tighten it if necessary.
Uphilize the support pieces to pass the thread through the posts. Do not pass the thread directly through the notches.
4. UNION WITH TURNBUCKLES
Insert the ends of the 4 wires following the indications of the tensioner.
Apply the necessary tension by using the tensioning pliers, or by holding the tension, or by holding the tensioner with one hand and stretching the the end of the wire with pliers.
5. KNOT CONNECTION
Place the thread ends in parallel and follow the steps for the realization of the knot, finishing by stretching towards both sides to close the knot.
Supporting the hoisting line.
The support structure for the lifting line is placed on metal stakes (with an angle). The JUDIN® plastic-coated steel wire must be placed within the reinforcement clamp, and special wire must be fastened using either 6X16 countersunk screws or 4.8X25 hexagon head screws.
The framework for support:
Different frame manufacturers recommend using different types of supports to match their frames (clamping, threading, or buckle type), and we cannot guarantee the availability of these different types of fixtures. If needed, we suggest contacting the respective manufacturers directly.
During and after your installation, we will provide assistance and advice to the best of our ability to meet your requirements.
On these metal sticks, use JUDIN® plastic dual wire support.
Do not fasten Judin wire on spur or notches.
TRELLISING ON CORNER METAL STICKS (OR SEMICIRCULAR)
Imperatively fix a plastic protection (paliclip)
TIDDING FIXATION KNOTS AT THE STICK FRONT
Make 3"dead" turns around the post and then turn 3 times around the wire, come back with the same way and overtight the wire to the stick as described.
OPTIMUM TENSIONING
Optimum tensioning for Judin® wire is 1 % of the length. For a fine of 120 yards: tension 1,20 yd. Use our complete pulley system (wire-tensioner). The tension is permanent, you do not need to stretch again every year.
WIRING ON STICKS
use a fixation for holder wire as described below.
